Season Refund Update

As mentioned in previous communications, the IGH Heat Soccer Board has calculated refunds for each player.

All players with paid registrations will receive a refund. Refunds will vary per player and are prorated based on the number of activities originally planned for each team. Planned activities include those delivered in the winter months (pre-COVID-19) and those planned this summer (June 8th through late July). Planned winter activities include futsal, 1v1 training with Westley, in addition to any scheduled team practices. Planned summer activities include two practices a week (per current guidance from the Minnesota Department of Health; this is subject to change).

Players that have opted out will not be charged for any activities post-June 8th but they will be charged for activities conducted before the COVID-19 restrictions.

MYSA and Heat administrative fees as well as prorated coach fees (where applicable) will be subtracted from all refunds.

We are currently working with TeamSnap to see if the refunds can be credited to the credit card used to pay for the initial registration.
