    The Inver Grove Heights Soccer Association (the "IGH Heat") provides competitive youth soccer (aka 'traveling soccer') opportunities for those living in or near the City of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota.  We are affiliated with the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association (MYSA). We hope you will easily find the information you are looking for on this site.     What's Happening in Heat Soccer...

    • 2017 Heat Soccer Fundraiser ends this week!  Order forms and payment must be turned into your Team Manager by June 13th.  Forms for the fundraiser is below.

    • ICE CREAM!!! Come out and support IGH Heat Soccer by visiting the 9 Yum Yum Ice Cream Truck at Rich Valley!

      Please bring your money and support 9 Yum Yum Ice Cream, who will be at Rich Valley on the following dates:

      • Wednesday, June 14
      • Wednesday, June 21
      • Thursday, June 22

    9 Yum Yum Ice Cream will donate money back to IGH Heat Soccer with each purchase of an ice cream treat. 

    • MARK YOUR CALENDARS - Team formations for the Spring/Summer 2018 season will begin Sunday, July 30 and run through Saturday, August 6. Please see the schedule below for each age group's exact time and date.
    • MYSA Rules and Changes New rules have been implemented for the 2017 season. Please see the link below to the MYSA website for access to the MYSA Rules Manual and Memos of Changes.

    MYSA Weather Policy

    This is just a reminder of the MYSA weather guidelines. Please note that final determination on whether to suspend or reschedules games is a club decision as weather will vary by site.

    Cold Index          Recommendations

    46° and higher   No Change

    45° and lower    Allowable Additional Clothing:

    1. Layered beneath uniform (i.e. long sleeves, long pants, additional socks)

    2. Gloves or mittens

    3. Stocking caps without straps

    4. Sweat pants or shirts [MYSA Rule 7.4.1.e] may be worn underneath the uniform, in the case of extremely cold weather, provided the entire team uses the same color sweats.

    5. Jackets may be worn under the uniform so that referees can see the player's number in the event of a card being issued.

    Clothing NOT Allowed:

    1. Hooded sweatshirts (hoods and strings present possibility of being grabbed)

    2. Ear muffs plastic or metal part crossing top of head presents potential hazard (headbands OK) .

    3. Scarves (Isadora Duncan Syndrome) 

    40° and lower   Shorten games five minutes per half. 

    35° and lower   Suspend games

    Family-Friendly activity Combines The fun of soccer and golf on a 18-hole courses. Use of Tennis/spikeless shoes (NO CLEATS!) to kick a regulation soccer into a 21-inch hole.

    Maximum of four players per tee time, individuals will be grouped when possible.

    Every player must have a soccer ball, rentals are available for $3
